Evonik Industries will unveil its brand-new concepts and products at the Personal Care and Homecare Ingredients (PCHi) 2019 from February 26 to 28 in Guangzhou. During the event, the new Evonik Care Solutions business line will present its cutting-edge technologies for both personal care and household care, which are great fits for the dynamic and robust market development in China.

When innovation meets sustainability
RHEANCE® One, a breakthrough in natural cleansing, is the first ever glycolipids product. It’s a new class of all-natural ingredients for rinse-off applications and intended for cleansing, solubilizing and foaming additive for gentle personal cleansing formulations. Since launched in 2018, the product received the gold metal awards for Best Functional Ingredients at in-Cosmetics Global and in-Cosmetics Asia 2018.
NeoPlanta® Withania, inspired by the fusion of ancient wisdom with advanced technology, is the very first product from Evonik’s Advanced Botanicals technology platform. It is a biotechnological optimized extract of traditional Ayurvedic herb that enables a healthy and protected skin.
“Skinification”, the new favorite of hair care
In order to address this trend, Evonik will bring several new product and market concepts focusing on hair and scalp care in a similar fashion as for skin:
- “Micellar Evolution for Hair Care” extends Evonik’s leading micellar technology from facial cleaning to hair and scalp category. Evonik has a total micellar hair care solution from purifying micellar shampoo to hair refreshing micellar mist.
- “New Texture for Hair Care” will give consumers more reasons to enjoy their daily hair care routine with five enjoyable textures.
- Hairflux®, a bio-inspired Hair and Scalp Care ingredients, is a new ceramide blend to regenerate damaged hair and to soothe irritated scalp. It provides skin-identical ceramide for scalp care and haircare.
Solutions for comfortable and convenient life
The newly launched REWO® SOFT LD quats is the laundry liquid and softener “Two in one”, formulated by unique technique and perfectly compatible with anion system, which means it prevents the efficiency loss from the reaction caused by the adsorption and interaction between cation and anion surfactants.
Detergents containing REWO® SOFT LD has a brilliant performance and suits cloth with various texture, both natural and synthetic fiber. The treated clothes feels gentle and flat, fluffy and soft to touch, bright and beautiful in color.
