Name change of EDCCL

Please be kindly noticed that our company, Evonik Degussa (China) Co., Ltd., has been officially renamed as Evonik (China) Co., Ltd. as of January 20, 2020 (“Name Change”).
To avoid any doubts, we would like to hereby clarify that Evonik (China) Co., Ltd. and Evonik Degussa (China) Co., Ltd. are the same legal entity. All the rights and obligations of Evonik Degussa (China) Co., Ltd. arising out of or in connection with any contractual or other relationship established before the Name Change shall be continually executed and undertaken by Evonik (China) Co., Ltd.
All the businesses of our company shall be operated in the name of Evonik (China) Co., Ltd. after the Name Change. Except change of the company name, the address, telephone number, facsimile number and email address of our company remain unchanged. All the bank accounts’ name of our company will be changed to Evonik (China) Co., Ltd., other information of the bank accounts remain unchanged, including without limitation, the account number.
