赢创推出市场领先的高通量沼气分离膜

赢创日前推出了最新的沼气分离膜SEPURAN® Green G5X 11寸膜。该产品在市面同类产品中具有最高通量，专为大型的沼气提纯为可再生天然气（RNG）项目而设计，主要应用于大型垃圾填埋场、农业、有机废物和废水处理项目。该产品可最大限度地提高沼气提纯项目的可持续性和效率增益，计划于今年年底投入生产。
赢创沼气分离膜全球总监Jennifer Doerper表示：“该产品的推出满足了垃圾填埋场和其他大型RNG项目中对分离膜产品日益增长的需求。我们的SEPURAN® Green G5X 11寸膜具有市场领先的通量，是帮助客户提高成本效益的理想选择。”
SEPURAN® Green G5X 11寸膜的设计容量是此前产品的两倍，是垃圾填埋场中大气量项目的理想选择。该产品用于赢创在美国获得专利的三级工艺配置中，可最大限度地提高甲烷回收率并实现快速投产。
此外，赢创的SEPURAN® Green G5X 11寸膜提供更紧凑的系统装置、更少的管道连接和焊接时间，并且由于精准监测能力而易于操作。
赢创于2011年推出了其首款分离膜产品——SEPURAN® Green，用于高效提纯沼气，为未来的分离膜业务奠定了基础。随后，公司又推出了用于氮气、氦气、氢气、天然气和纳滤应用的分离膜产品。如今，赢创的分离膜产品已在全球2000多个沼气装置中投入使用。
