赢创对其德国达姆施塔特生产基地的高性能泡沫ROHACELL®生产工艺进行了升级，现已完全采用可再生能源的电力。此举将使赢创每年减少3400吨运营产生的二氧化碳排放。
赢创泡沫和PEEK产品线负责人Werner Escher博士表示：“可持续发展是赢创增长战略的核心。通过减少ROHACELL®高性能泡沫的整体碳足迹，赢创正朝着为客户提供更环保解决方案的愿景迈出重要一步。”
达姆施塔特ROHACELL®生产基地的绿色电力供应由绿色电力证书和特殊供应合同，即购电协议（PPA）进行保障。在生产过程中仅使用可持续能源产生的电力有助于减少排放，从而帮助ROHACELL®客户提高其产品可持续性。
赢创的目标是到2030年，“下一代解决方案”将占其销售额的50%以上。其中包括ROHACELL®等产品，这些产品提供了高于平均水平的可持续性效益。
