Evonik Increases Price for PLEXIGLAS® Molding Compounds in Asia
Evonik Industries’ Performance Polymer Business unit announces a price increase for its range of Molding Compounds marketed in Asia under the brand name PLEXIGLAS® with immediate effect. The price increase will be 250 USD/mt for all grades. Customers will be informed of specific price increases by the responsible representatives.
This step is unavoidable due to some recent price hikes of raw materials, which cannot be compensated by Evonik.
The Performance Polymers Business Unit of Evonik Industries is a worldwide manufacturer of PMMA products sold under the PLEXIGLAS® trademark on the European, Asian, African and Australian continents and under the trademark ACRYLITE® in the Americas.
